Shooting with Beckstead

Feb 24th, 2011 my brother and I head to Vegas for WPPI and to shoot with David Beckstead.  I LOOOVE Beckstead's photography.  There are a couple of photographers that differ from the rest and are not "commercial" and David is one of those photographers.  I highly recommend his workshops he taught us so much and actually answered our questions.  So many now just give you a pep talk and that's about it. So anyways, he took us to a ghost town just outside of Vegas and taught me to avoid the obvious and dig deeper.  I didn't photograph anything I normally would have and that was fantastic!  Here are a few of the images I snapped and if you want to see more just click on the title!

Va Va Voom

Vegas & Boudoirs seem to go hand in hand ;)
Here are a few I did of Miss K

Monty & Goldie are getting married!

I had the pleasure of meeting Goldie last year through a mutual friend and I just thought she was a sweetheart.  Luckily she liked me too and booked me for her wedding.  She actually booked me last April and wanted to wait on the engagement session until the wedding got closer.  Well, the wedding is in April so we thought this would be a good time to do it.  I'm really looking forward to capturing their special day.  Not to mention her dress is AMAZING and she is such a beautiful girl.  And Monty, I felt like I've known him forever.  Once again, congratulations you two I can't wait and thank you for choosing me to do this for you!

J.J.

A few months ago Marina contacted me to do her sons portraits.  She lives in Italy but was going to be here  visiting.  Her little boy J.J. is gorgeous and man was he a busy bee.  He was all over the park but we still managed to get some great ones of him buzzing around

Seniors Seniors Seniors!

On the 12th of February I had the honor of photographing three incredible young men.  They're all seniors at the same school & wanted to do their sessions together.  I have to admit that at first I wasn't so sure about that but it turned out to be lots of fun.  Here are a few of each boy & as always click on the title for more from this session.
