Ok what are the odds of this happening? My sister in law Krissy is a HUGE Kenny Chesney fan. She has been to numerous shows of his and has even taken the Kenny cruise. Well, she lives in Northern Cali (Dublin) and Kenny was playing up there this past weekend. My other sister in law Kathy flew up for her birthday to go to the concert with Krissy. I guess the venue sits on the water and rather than tailgating they hung out on her friends yacht. Well guess who was doing soundcheck? Yup Kenny. Now I'm not sure the exact details but it goes something like this. He spots my sis Krissy in her bright orange Kenny jersey and points to her then to the dock so that they can pick him up so of course they send out the dingy to get him. He actually came on their boat with his camera crew and hung out. How great is that? He signed everything for them (including the dingy) and took pictures. What are the odds? Mark and I are so jealous. Why can't I run into Rob Thomas like that??? :) Here are a couple pics from "Kenny Day" as they now call it.

Robert & Jessicas Wedding
You might remember a few blogs ago I wrote about Robert & Jessicas Engagement Shoot at the Fire Station. Well, this past Saturday I shot their wedding. It took place at the Kimberly Crest Mansion in Redlands and it was incredibly beautiful. I could have stayed there all day shooting the beautiful couple. The ceremony was beautiful, the bride and groom were stunning and the reception was a blast. This was one of the funnest weddings I've ever been too. There was so much energy and those fire fighters know how to have a good time. I could not stop taking pictures. They did not leave the dance floor until the D.J. closed them down. I'm going to start advertising at the Fire Stations from now on. Apple Valley Firefighters, you know how to party! Here are a couple pictures of the happy couple. Congratulations you two!
